facing a critical demographic challenge. Birth rates have declined sharply &#8211; from 800,000 births in 2005 to just 416,514 in 2025. Yet among those births, Thailand has the second-highest rate of<br \/>low birth weight infants in economically developed Asian countries.<\/p><p>Approximately <strong>25,000 preterm infants<\/strong> are born in Thailand each year. Of these, an estimated\u00a0<strong>12,000 infants<\/strong> require advanced medical nutrition under clinical supervision. Without access to human milk-based fortifiers, many of these infants face elevated risks of necrotizing enterocolitis (NEC),<br \/>sepsis, and long-term developmental complications.<\/p><p>The Ministry of Public Health\u2019s <strong>Every Birth Matters<\/strong> initiative recognizes that every birth is precious and must be supported with the highest quality care.
